I recently had my first alert which was a bit disconcerting. In answering the query appropriately, I was contacted within 48 hours by as live representative to help solve this problem. It took several calls to get through, however I was kept updated via email. Jessica, the rep who assisted me, was nice and very professional during my conversation; she got to the bottom of the issue and assured me that everything else on my account was alright. Excellent service and attentive representatives ensures my confidence with LifeLock.
