Services have been great so far except one area. I am supposed to be alerted every time more than 200 has been charged. We charged several things, one 750,00, one 299.00 and several others. We were not alerted about them. If you say you are going to do something... do it... or don't say it. We are paying for specific important services. The only reason I am so concerned is we were identity fraud victims in the past. I just want to stay on top of it. You helped get to the bottom of it and I was so reassured that we had you on our team! I was in the hospital when we found out and lifelock took care of it. I didn't have to lay up there and worry.
