Fraudulent Account

I am surprised that someone fraudulently opened a Walmart account using most of my information and charged $2700 to the account and LifeLock did not catch this. I called LifeLock after the fact, and they were very helpful in taking care of things, but I am disappointed that they didn't catch this event.
