BAD DEAL

When I joined, there were credit cards that I had that I couldn't add to my protected list because you didn't have the correct URL address that was associated with the account/card. I called and gave LifeLock a list, and I was told the URL addresses would be added. They have not been added, and it's been 8 months since I joined. I recently received emails stating that I needed to update my credentials (although nothing had changed during that time). I finally had the opportunity to go in and try to update my credentials, but LifeLock couldn't access my bank because of some technical issue. In the mean time, my identity has been compromised. I have a credit and debit card with my bank, and both cards have been used without my knowledge for purchases. Luckily, I have alerts for my account, and I was able to alert the bank of the fraudulent activity before any serious issues occurred - NO THANKS TO LIFELOCK! I am cancelling my service.
