Unhappy with inability to monitor my home mortgages
My primary reason for signing up for the Ultimate Plus Plan was to keep an eye on my mortgages. However, I keep following your instructions and procedures that I believe will work but LifeLock has not been able to monitor my two mortgages. Your system keeps telling me that my logon / passwords are incorrect. However, my logon / passwords are accurate. I can sign into my mortgage accounts without any problems. When I logon to my mortgage account first then logon to LifeLock I receive a message from LifeLock, that my credentials are incorrect! I've also tried to add my accounts being logged onto LifeLock first then logging onto my mortgage accounts. I keep receiving the same message. However, since I can logon to my accounts directly, obviously, my credentials are accurate!
