Not Happy

my wife and I are members....we paid a fortune for the Ultimate Plus...but we put faith into your company that we would be protected. We were not. My wife's identity got stolen under your watch~! Someone opened a charge card on Feb 15, 2015 under her social security and name with Credit One Bank out of Nevada. Brought her credit score down as well as the account being delinquent...I called Credit One Bank and they verified that it wasn't her account because they had a bogus address/phone #...they are doing an investigation and hopefully will remove it off her report. She called LifeLock immediately. Had a female answer her call. Told my wife that Lifelock doesn't catch everything~! Also said that what happened to my wife wasn't really considered identity theft~! Hello~!!!! Then advised her to contact all the credit bureaus to get it straightened out~! So my answer is? What are we paying for? I am calling to request that this membership be cancelled and I want a full refund~!
