beware of fraudulent business practices

I signed up for the ultimate plus service. After logging in and starting to input my information, I was asked for information on my spouse. Since we share all accounts, I entered her information. Nothing was ever stated that entering her information would double the cost of the service!!!!!!! Months later I happened to stumble onto this rip off. When I called, all I got was attitude. I was even told this was shown clearly in the receipt email I received after I signed up. After looking through my email, not finding anything, the account representative then informed me no receipt email was sent!!!!!!! The only service I received was a drain to my wallet from lifelock. I have terminated my account with Lifelock.
