"Nothing to report"

I have only heard from LifeLock once since I became member re: activity. Twice recieved an email telling me "Nothing to report" so I don't know what kind of review to send you or to tell anyone else. I'm not even sure what kind of coverage I have to be truthful. I am refinancing my mortgage who have checked my credit-haven't heard a word from Lifelock, ? if that's something they are to inform me of or not. The company refinancing is grilling me about an address in California I supposedly am listed as a residence-I never heard of the address and certainly have never lived at-but Lifelock reports "No activity". So what kind of review am I supposed to give??
