Incomplete Profile
My husband signed both of us up for LifeLock $30/person per month. Don't know which one that was or is for the above choice. I know nothing about your company; and my husband doesn't consult me before he "charges full speed ahead." I can't get in to complete my profile. I don't know my User Name and have no idea about my password either. The ones Craig gave me don't work. I am in the Eastern time zone. Doing anything by phone is very hard during the day, so it has to be evening. Also, even though my laptop is only 3 years old, it doesn't always work well. We are kind of in the country so sometimes reception is bad. What I want: I want to complete my profile. I need your help to do that or my husband is wasting his money.
