LifeLock Ultimate Plus Fail

My wife and I are subscribers to LifeLock Ultimate Plus. One of her listed credit cards was hacked last week for $1,200 for an unauthorized unknown purchase at Macy's, and another $1,900 for an unauthorized unknown purchase at Nordstroms. LifeLock did not send any alerts. Now we have cancelled the credit card and are going through the bank hassle.
