Please advise on the following:

I just received your email stating "During the past month, LifeLock found no fraudulent activity associated with your personal information within our extensive network†...". I have NOT gotten these on a monthly basis, only occasionally. I would like a report sent to me monthly stating either the above OR that you found something & what it was & to login for more info. Have you EVER tried to send me a text alert? I did make sure during one of my phone calls to you that you DO have my mobile ph number. Why did we never receive a welcome kit initially? Why did I have to request (via land line) 3 or 4 times that it be sent to myself & the other person I pay for. The other person IS family. May I receive the add family discount for this years dues? Thank you!
