Service does not help when issues are found.

I've had Lifelock for about three years. It all seemed like it was doing its job I guess. Last year I had an issue where lifelock's report said there was someone in another part of the country with the same name using my information. So I asked them for help and they said that's not something they do and I would have to contact the credit Bureau that was displaying that information. I pay $300 a year because I expected them to protect and help me when issues arrised. That's not the case. Won't be renewing with them next time. Look for another service.
