Poor response

Recently, I made a mortgage inquiry with my current mortgage company at 1 pm in the afternoon. Twelve hours later at 1 am, I got an email message and call that someone had tried to inquire about my mortgage status. When I confronted the representative at why it took so long to notify me, I got no response. I was furious that I was being contacted at 1am in the morning for something I initiated 12 hours earlier. This event makes me very skeptical that Lifelock can defend me in a timely manner.
