Sadly Paying the cost for Two Services - No help to refund me one of the two

Have been satisfied with Ultimate program but was given the opportunity to move up to Ultimate Plus. Accepted with one day left on former Ultimate program, which then renewed automatically. Now, I've paid for both simultaneous coverage. Not a real fan of paying double!
