Missed my identity theft

On December 9th I had 3 identity theft incidents, but you did not detect any of these. Someone hacked my cell phone, bought a phone, changed 5 Gbytes of data to my monthly bill and switched one of my cell phone numbers to their phone. Someone also opened a charge at Kohls, got $1,000 credit and maxed it out with the purchase of Gift Cards. Someone also tried to open a Target credit card but it was denied. You tell me that you protected my identity, but you did not detect any of this. I would think you should have caught the Kohl's credit card at least.
