My husband, Harry Morgan, enrolled me into LifeLock under his account and upgraded our program to LifeLock Advantage in Apr. 2015. Since then, he has not received a single status update for himself, but I have received numerous. When he called to discuss the situation, the agent was abrupt and not very friendly. He was informed that "no news is good news.' We both have good credit ratings and want to protect them, but are not sure LifeLock is the way to go. I have been a member for less than one year and my husband has been a member for three years.
