not getting help asked for
i worked 24/7 to keep credit good. i would receive numerous phone calls numerous applications in mail put freezes on credit bureaus was on phone with credit bureaus faxed information on my identity theft to credit bureaus had Detective work with me come to post office when mail was fraudulently redirected. i brought i life line at end of my problem so they had very little to take care of for me the brunt of problem was already done by me. i pay $20 a month and thinking of canceling. i had over 800 score and when i taking care of it only went down 793. i have discover card and last fico score they send one with statement went down 100 points in one month called life lock they said I have to contact Credit Bureau if I am to do all the work again I may as well discontinue so thinking about that. i thought they would be more helpful
