"My honest input"
Please be more helpful & proactive in explaining what Lifelock DOES cover as well as ALL of the info I should be giving you inorder to protect my identity, my land, etc. Its been my experience upon calling or logging in to enter data that the next time I call or login my most recently added data is either NOT there, partially there or incorrect. My experience is that your staff repeatedly emphasizes the fact that not all transactions are covered & the like. I wish your employees were happier & eager to help rather than frequently grumpy & unhelpful when I ask questions or request info on how to ensure something is protected from id theft, a fraudulent takeover, etc. My best example to give you is the property/land where my residence is that I own & paid off! When Ive asked about protecting MY ownership in the latter I was initially told "thats not covered". Upon explaining that I heard this very example advertized I was asked what my mortgage account was. Upon informing your rep its paid off they told me my ownership of my own place of residence is NOT protected. This is in direct contrast to specific examples given by some of your biggest proponents. I signed up because many or all of my favorite am talk radio hosts, highly recommend you & frequently give "rundowns" of what exactly Lifelock DOES protect. My experience does not jive with the ads I have heard. When I call in I wish to speak only to your reps located IN the USA. That has not been my experience (or many of your reps have heavy accents)? That said you have protected my id sofar (I think anyways):). Please note my intention is not to "bash" you or your reps. Im being forthright as you requested & hope my input will further much better responses, accuracy & a proactive helpful stance by all your staff. I would very much appreciate the favor of a reply. Thank you.
