No alerts in months

It has been months since I've had an alert even though there were many events that should have generated an alert.. I called to complain and there was a problem accessing my bank accounts. I get that, but why wasn't I notified of this. I was assured everything was working properly. That was months ago and still no alerts even though there have been many events that should have generated one. I am supposed to be getting text and email alerts. Nothing. I feel as though I have wasted my money. I find it ironic that the only alert I have received from them has been to renew my coverage.
