Very Pleased with One Exception

We are very pleased with your service with one exception. Three times in two months (December 2015 and January 2016) double alerts were issued indicating that check amounts had been deducted from two accounts (same check number, date and amount each time) rather than from the one account on which the checks had been written. Calls to member service were somewhat frustrating. After speaking with several people on two of the three occasions I was told that my concern would be checked out and someone would get back with me. That didn't happen but the third incorrect alert did happen. I didn't even bother to call member services this time. The bank accounts are accurate and that's really what matters.
