Totally Frustrating

When I joined Lifelock I spent almost an hour giving all of my bank and credit card info to the rep. She hung up on me when she was through. I thought maybe we were disconnected, so I called back. Got another rep. And she said she couldn't find anything on me or any new account under my name. She wanted to send me to another rep to do the whole thing over. I hung up this time. So my account has none of my banking or credit card info because I am not going to put it in manually or talk to another incompetent representative. In fact my Mother and I will probably close our accounts, since our bank does a great job monitoring our info and contacts us.
