Poor Monitoring and Notification

I received a Fraud Alert yesterday (03/05/2016) from one of my credit card accounts ending in 6808. This card was one of the five you allowed me to monitor for usage of the card and report to me any odd or strange activities. My credit card holder thought the activities from Feb 29th to yesterday seemed strange to them, why did it not seem strange to Lifelock ? There were over $2700 charges made during this past week varying in dollar amounts from $5 to over $1300. I received an email from you stating "During the past month, LifeLock found no fraudulent activity associated with your personal information within our extensive network†" While this may have reflected activities for the month of February, why did I not receive any notices for the past week? What am I paying for if you're not notifying me of these events? Is there another level of service I need to pay for to entitle me to get this reaction from you? I'm very disappointed that I'm paying you to watch over my accounts and have to hear from another source that fraud has occurred.
