Identity Theft Protection

Service was good for about the first year. When it was renewed, the alerts became sporadic and for a period of time stopped altogether. I contacted Lifelock and they indicated the problem was with my bank. I emailed my bank and told them of the issue. Of course as most big banks are wont to do, they never got back to me. Alerts are sporadic again. I am receiving about 1 out of 10 that I should be alerted to. I guess the only satisfactory solution is to look for another Identity Protection Plan that can provide satisfactory service that assures you they are doing what they tell you they will dol
