Very little communication

The only time I hear from life lock is when I get an email saying they've kept my Identity safe once a month. I couldn't get the text alerts set up and the help desk was not helpful. Also my credit rating dropped 60 points when I subscribed. I know life lock doesn't make the rating but I have to wonder about how accurate they are when reporting. Again, the help desk wasn't able to tell me why that occurred. If you can't get it right, just leave it out. I'll be a former life lock member before the weeks over.
