Very satisfied, but..

Since I joined, my bank is not supported in your platform, I have made several inquiries to that effect, but to no avail. Last week, I had an unauthorized use on a visa card from my local bank, that life-lock did not report. Luckily, my bank did and the issue was resolved. Will love to see this issue resolved ASAP, so i can continue with the service
