Why I am not happy with LifeLock

I have been on a LifeLock account with my husband for a few years now. My husband tried to make me show up on the account but nothing shows up. What is my credit score? How can I add credit cards in my name? My husband went so far as to contact you requesting how to get me to be recognized and he never saw any response. You do send me an email to the main account email address telling me congratulations and that there have been no problems with my account. Kindly explain to me how I can become more than just an annual renewal with my husband.
