Received LifeLock initially through AOL, but really don't know what you do for me, if anything. You report monthly some limited information about 'protecting my identity', but nothing I can do anything with. Also unclear about all the different levels of service you have except that charges increase as more services are added. Why so many levels of service? Why not just protect my identity for a single fee?
