Three straght times the program won't let me in.

I live in Japan, working for the USAF. I upgraded to your top-level program about 3-4 months ago, going from an $8.99 monthly payment to a one-time annual subscription costing over $275.00. SInce then, on at least three occasions I've tried logging in, and each time I've been prevented from doing so--it says something about you couldn't confirm my identity. Well....the good news is, LIFELOCK makes it tough to hack the data. The BAD news, for me at least, is that trying to get a customer-service or tech-rep on the line from Japan has been next to impossible. I'm "this" close to cancelling my account and asking for a refund.
