Alert response

I don't know how to use this site yet and it is confusing with all the advertising and surveying. It is like wandering thru a huge range of mountains to find one particular spot of importance. I am a practicing member for a couple of weeks, with no activity. I received a notice on my phone that something happened in my bank accounts yesterday, 8/20/16. I responded N and wrote a note that I did not used my account. When I tried to send the note, Verizon said they would charge me, so I am now on my computer. It is Sunday so I cannot go to the bank. My question is this: Several companies, including Verizon, directly withdraw bills owed from my account. Do those count as someone accessing the account? At any rate, I did not even go to a bank yesterday.
