upset

i cannot remember my user id -- u email me i have a breach but i cannot access site in order to find out what it is -- so i try to get an email to tell me my temp password and twice i get no answer, but you have no trouble taking money out of my check every month and when i call i cannot speak with a person they only give u the choice of press one or two , but when i do it just ask me to press one or 2 again and again. no way to get hold of you. please email me with a real way to contact you
