I was pleased that you would question my credit application. Your phone questions and my verbal response was very concise and easy to navigate. However, when I was asked to rate my satisfaction with the phone conversation, I was asked to rate my satisfaction by giving a "1 to 9" response. My verbal response was not recognized. The process was repeated three times. Did you want me to give a numerical button response instead of a verbal response? There were no instructions. The service was great...the survey was annoying.
