unresolved problem hooking my bank into your system
Lifelock keeps asking me for resolution, bank listed their credit line as a credit card, there is no "credit card" . I can't get to the bank to have them fix it so I called Marie at your customer service in response to your e-mail. She said it was fixed upon my signing into my bank account although it does not show as fixed onto the Lifelock screen. She said it might take a few hours for the bank to catch up to the transaction...all it needs is for them to remove the word "card" from the display. Should be fixed this afternoon per Marie.
