Alert notification and follow-up

I was notified via e-mail that an account was opened for a telecommunication service and the e-mail asked if I applied for this service. Once I responded that I did not apply for this service LifeLock proceeded with their investigation and did a follow up call with me within 2 days of the initial alert. They followed up with the telecommunication company and that was all that was necessary.
