Fantastic Program!

Elected as one of my AOL perks, to sign up for LifeLock, not realizing you could try it out for 30 days and then the $8.95 per month start after I called LifeLock to cancel my account, but was told I had to go through AOL to do so. After 4 to 5 hours on the phone, I finally got an AOL representative and advised her that I wanted to cancel my LifeLock application immediately. AOL was deceptive in advertising this as a Freebie to AOL customers. The AOL rep kept telling me that there would be no charge to me and kept insisting I keep it. I finally got it through her head that I want it cancelled today. Started the account on 10-16-14 and terminated on 10-18-14 through AOL. As a Senior Citizen living on Social Security, which meets the poverty guidelines, I cannot pay for the services. I am now paying for a Medical Alert System for $35.00 per month in case I have an emergency living alone in my little home.
