Not sure it works...

Had two "incidents" of stolen identity / fraudulent accounts. I had to discover them both. I had to get info from PayPal. I had to call back LifeLock TWICE as 1. They have a skeleton staff, I was told, on weekends and 2. They would NOT call me back and 3. I had to get my own info from PayPal - They would not call them. I was sent a bill from PayPal Credit (for which I did NOT apply). LifeLock caught nothing. Second incident - My Visa credit card was used somewhere in South America.... Merrill Lynch caught that one. LifeLock DID NOT.
