what customer service?

I went online today because I had an alert after opening a new card and found an alert from 12/22/19 for which I was never received an alert. I called customer service, waited an insane amount of time for a person then Angela answered and complained about noise, not on my end. She asked me for my SS and I said I do not give it out, so she asked for the last 4 and I gave that to her. She asked for my DOB and the other person on the acct and I gave that to her. Then she asked when was the last time I called, how much do I pay a month, etc. and started to really frustrate me. Every time I asked why all the questions she went "hmmm hmm", said she was trying to authenticate the account and I do not think she was even listening. Then I was on hold twice then transferred to a supervisor, Eric, who said he could hear buzzing. He took my phone number and said he would call back and never did. I am a member through a former company and when I called back in August 2019 after I left the company, I was told I would be notified when I was 'released' so I could join on my own.
