Couldn't resolve issue

After multiple times of trying to get password issue resolved it still remains unfixed. Every time I try to log into account the password has to be reset. Called and said I wanted to cancel membership would not give any type of refund even though I was only a member for a few months and had paid for an entire year. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
