No more service!

LifeLock Advantage

When we first subscribed to Lifelock, the alerts were on-going and timely! However, since Norton acquired Lifelock, the alerts stopped coming and there is NO customer service! Whenever you have a question, the answer is always "check the website". So, when you go to the website, it says "welcome to Norton". When you enter your information, it ALWAYS says "there is no account with that name". So, NO SERVICE! We are switching to another company that offers real service, not lip service!
