EVERYTIME I call, I have never talked to a person. It's ALWAYS the same thing. "We are unavailable to take your call right now. Please call back." I have yet to talk to someone other than when I first signed up! Also, I have received more spam emails from random places than I have ever received! I do not owe anyone money! I'm not overdue on any of my bills! If so, I certainly wouldn't be concerned about my credit! It makes me wonder just how secure the website is & how much information the employees have access to!
