Complete disappointment/NO help at all.

LifeLock Standard

I have been a member of LifeLock for 20+ years. Since they have been bought out by another company I have never been more disappointed in a service in my life. Complete WASTE OF MY TIME, received 2 calls that fraudulent activity was noted on an account. I spoke with 4 people (including the manager). Nothing was resolved, they did not even have my correct address and were unable to tell me anything about the "fraudulent activity" on my account. I finally gave up and called my bank myself. I will not be using this company anymore and will not re-new my membership. I asked them what I was paying them to do. They did not even ask me security questions until I pointed it out! Ridiculous!!!!
