Poor Customer Service
LifeLock Standard
I have had Lifelock for years. There was never any problem until Norton came around. Since then I have been unable to get into my account in spite of trying everything I know how, including phone calls. I finally gave up trying to contact them. Since then, I have received emails which I have responded to, requesting that Lifelock contact me. Crickets. Maybe this review will prompt a response but I’m not holding my breath.
