LifeLock Advantage

Previously I have had LifeLock in the past and it was good. But for the last 6 months someone has been either using my email or someone in your data processing is messing up royally. The first time I ignored it but recently it has become a nuisance. You are a company that says you protect people information but how are you protecting mine. I have cancelled my subscription with your company so how can I be getting receipts for purchased subscriptions. Can you get this straight or the thing you said you would do for customers is a completer liar.
