Was never able to log onto the app

Made many attempts to log into the app. made many phone calls seems no one was able to help Me log into the app so I could not update anything Everytime I called I was referred to someone outside of the USA and no one was able to help also no one reached out to me to help very poor service and I don’t feel like I’m protected with my credit etc.
