Good at 1st, but not what they used to be

I've had a problem connecting my bank to my Lifelock "protection" for at least 6 months now. Called the support number & they worked for several weeks telling me it was "now fixed". Tried to connect again with the same result. Didn't feel like sitting on hold for an hour & being transferred from one unhelpful person to another. I've cancelled my subscription & will get my identity protection somewhere else from now on.
