On the plus side agents are helpful and know their job. There’s always a wait until you can get to a person, not good when you are concerned about identity protection. On the negative side Norton uses the site to sell, sell, sell every possible service. This is a big change from when LifeLock owned it. But, if you enjoy shameless commerce, you’ll have a blast.
