Parts of the website don’t work properly
Last year I realized that Lifelock’s credit report was not working so I contacted them to fix it. I was passed up and down the chain and was told that the problem would be resolved in 48 hours. That was over a year ago. I’ve asked several times if the feature doesn’t work I would like a discount. I have not received satisfactory response. I love the other features but I am paying for all the features. Not just some.
