Impressed but is there an issue with text messages?

Impressed that I got an email and text minutes after I applied for a retail credit card. However, I was unable to reply to the text. When i went to the link, I only got a blank screen. I was able to reply to the email to confirm that the application was done by me. Is there a problem with the text notification system?
